Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Divine Attraction online store and the purchase of products and digital content offered through it. By using the store or completing an order, you agree to these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts or use the store with authorization from your legal representative. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activities, or in any way that compromises the security or operation of the service.

Products and information

We aim to present descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on the screen used. We may correct obvious errors and update information while respecting obligations that apply to orders already accepted.

Cosmetics, wellness products and devices are not a substitute for medical advice. Read labels, ingredients, warnings and instructions before use, and seek professional advice if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication or have questions about suitability.

Orders, prices and payment

Orders are subject to availability, payment verification and acceptance. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and processed by authorized providers. Applicable prices, taxes and shipping charges are shown before purchase confirmation.

We may reject or cancel an order because of unavailability, an obvious pricing error, reasonable suspicion of fraud or a legal restriction. If payment has already been collected and the order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Our Shipping, Returns and Privacy Policies form part of these Terms and are available in the store footer.

Digital content

Unless stated otherwise, digital content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. It may not be resold, publicly shared, copied in bulk or distributed without authorization. Where immediate delivery of digital content requires express consent, the applicable information will be presented during checkout or delivery.

Intellectual property

Original store content, including text, visual elements, branding and organization, is protected by applicable law. Commercial exploitation is not permitted without authorization, except where otherwise allowed by law.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The version published when an order is placed applies to that purchase. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country or state of residence apply, including applicable European Union and United States consumer protections, and Portuguese and European Union law applies where relevant.
