Right of withdrawal

Where European Union consumer law applies, you may notify us that you wish to cancel an online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item.

To start a return, email divineattraction.web@gmail.com with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason, where applicable. We will reply with instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items to another address without prior authorization.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned complete and must not have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functionality. Please include accessories, manuals, gifts and original packaging whenever possible. A proportional reduction may be applied when an item has lost value because it was handled beyond what was necessary.

Exceptions

As permitted by law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to personalized items; sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; opened cosmetics, intimate goods or personal-care products where a return would compromise hygiene; and digital content whose delivery began with your express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, incorrect or appears defective. Include photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. This request does not limit your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods.

Return shipping costs

For a return made under the right of withdrawal, return shipping is paid by the customer unless we state otherwise. If we confirm that an item is damaged, incorrect or non-conforming, we will cover the return method specified by our support team.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where permitted by law, we may withhold a refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent. We will refund the item price and the cost of our standard delivery option; additional costs for a more expensive delivery method may not be refundable. The time required for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Your statutory rights regarding the conformity of goods remain unaffected by this policy.
